Parental Concerns
The nursery is registered with Ofsted. The certificate of registration along with the Certificate of insurance are displayed on the notice board within the hallway.
Should you have any complaints regarding your child's time at the nursery, please do not hesitate to speak to the Manager and she will be glad to assist you in any way she can. However, should you still have concerns please contact the User Services Officers based at the address below and/or the local ombudsman:
